In a medium size bowl, sift in the all purpose flour with a sifter, add the baking powder and salt stir with a spoon, add the olive oil and water, continue to stir together until a dough forms.
Once dough forms knead the dough together for about 2 minutes either in the bowl on a lightly floured counter. Return to the bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let rest in the refrigerator for a minimum of 10 minutes up to overnight.
With a rolling pin on a lightly floured counter roll the pizza dough out to a thickness of ¼” in a circle or rectangle. Your pizza dough is ready to use. Top with sauce, cheese and toppings.
Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
