In a medium bowl, use a spoon to mix together the spices and 2 tablespoons of water into a paste.
In a large skillet over medium-high, add olive oil and saute the onions stirring with a wooden spoon, add the ground beef, stir continuously to break up the beef, add the paste of seasonings. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes.
Off heat, stir in the lemon juice and cilantro. Taste and season with salt. Spoon over hummus, then drizzle with tahini and more olive oil. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and a chiffonade of mint.
